Our Services

M&E and District Heating Advice

We provide an M&E service to Clients on site acquisition. This service sits in RIBA Stage 0 - ‘Strategic Definition’. This covers advice on Utilities, energy strategies, s106 agreement and planning conditions relating to M&E services; including interpretation of planning documents and advice on risk.

We offer DHN (District Heating Network) and Community Heating engineering advice. We can ensure that CIBSE/ ADE CP1 2020 and other normative standards are met.


District Heating - Compliance

As Heat Network Assessors we offer: HNES Surveys, DHN Quality Assurance checks, DHN performance analysis, DHN site audit, optimisation studies, system information & data collection, pre-audit analysis, technical review reports, delapidation & condition surveys.


DHN ESCo Procurement Management - for Clients

We can give standalone ESCo procurement advice on a new project or on any existing project. Our Principal has managed 4 major ESCo deals to completion, covering 4000 dwellings


District Heating - Funding

We can support Public, Private and Third Sector clients in making applications for grant funding under the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero - Heat Network Efficiency Scheme (HNES). The HNES funding provides for a 100% revenue grant to cover the cost of the Heat Optimisation Study. HNES funds consultant fees between between the amounts of £15,000 and £24,000 per grant application.
